xbajre Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

xbajre is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between xbajre and its users. Access to the platform and use of its services are subject to the following terms.

• xbajre reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered the final authority.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
• All xbajre services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on the xbajre platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account on xbajre. Creating more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will be treated as suspicious activity.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the account being suspended or closed.

• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Documents required for the identity verification (KYC) process must be submitted.
• If any information changes, you must update your account without delay.
• xbajre may request additional verification documents at any time.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to keep your xbajre account secure. Please follow the guidelines below regarding your login details, password, and account protection.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us without delay.
• You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

For depositing funds to xbajre, we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum amount for withdrawal is ৳800. Withdrawal processing time is generally 5–30 minutes. Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Funds may only be withdrawn via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if incomplete wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be required under anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.

• A set time limit applies to meet the wagering requirement — see the conditions stated in the bonus offer.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses by using multiple accounts will result in the account being closed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

xbajre reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and suspended.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities available on the xbajre platform are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• For games interrupted due to a technical error, xbajre will make a decision at its own discretion.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to ensure fair play.
• If a software error is proven to have affected the outcome of a game, the related bet may be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports is conducted according to set rules. The betting policy will apply in the event of a match being cancelled or postponed.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

xbajre reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on various games and events. These limits may be changed without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajre platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the permanent closure of the account and legal action may be taken.

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Hacking, use of bots, or automated software on gaming software.
• Exploiting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing xbajre staff or other users.
• Chargeback fraud or use of illegal payment methods.

8 Responsible Gaming

xbajre believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to preventing gaming addiction.

11 Limitation of Liability

xbajre endeavours to keep its services as reliable and uninterrupted as possible, however liability is limited in the following circumstances.

• If service is disrupted due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connection problems.
• If you experience difficulty using the service due to problems with your device or network.
• If any issue arises with the software of a third-party game provider.
• If loss occurs due to your own negligence in securing your account.
• If the service is interrupted due to unforeseen events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government orders, or similar circumstances.

12 Changes to Terms and Account Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

xbajre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via the registered email address or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

12.2 Right to Close an Account

xbajre may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected.
• If evidence is found that the account is being operated by a minor.
• As required to comply with anti-money laundering laws.

12.3 User Request to Close Account

You may request account closure at any time via our live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to fulfil all pending betting conditions and withdraw any withdrawable balance.
